I have a live arrival guarantee on all my snakes. If for any reason the snakes do not arrive alive, and healthy, I will replace the snakes. You must take a picture of the snake showing the problem. If it is dead take a pic of it on it's belly, and one on it's back. If I do no not have another snake of the same type to replace it with, you will get credit for the purchase price toward another snake, or you can be put on priority for a future clutch of the same kind.

I do not do refunds of cash, you will get store credit for the value of your purchase.

Having said this, I have yet to loose a snake from being shipped. Some have gotten delayed, and held up for a second day which is why I only ship on Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, but I have a 100% record of shipping without any casualties. I've been shipping for quite some time, and all have arrived safely!
