Yellow Rat snakes

I occasionally find Yellow Rat Snakes here in Central Florida where I live and work. I let most of them go, but I have found a few that are exceptionally attractive and I have kept them for breeding projects. Although Yellow Rat Snakes are not in high demand and they are inexpensive, I still enjoy them enough to keep a small breeding group.

Polk County Yellow pair They had a bit of nose rub from trying to push thru the air holes. I've learned to use smaller air holes :)

I also have a small breeding group of Deckerts Ratsnakes from Sunshine Serpent's stock. This is one nice looking baby produced here.
